As a non-profit partner of Amramp Accessibility, we extend our reach beyond mere accessibility solutions to fostering meaningful change in the lives of individuals facing mobility challenges, particularly those at or near the poverty line. Our journey began with a simple yet powerful goal: to give back to our communities by providing wheelchair ramps to those in need.

The Board

  • Randy Slikkers | CEO

    Randall (Randy) G. Slikkers is the CEO of AmrampCARES. He has worked at the executive level of nonprofit management for almost four decades, specializing in disability, aging, and Native American Indian issues.

    Randy is recognized for establishing new programs, leadership development, and managing top-performing teams. He has helped to start over 27 nonprofits and has consulted with dozens of others to help them reach their full potential.

    Randy holds a BS in Psychology and an MBA. He has and continues to serve on several non-profit boards. Randy is a Contributing Professor for Kettering University’s MBA program and was recognized with its “Professor of the Year” award in November of 2021.

  • Justin Gordon, Board President & Founder

    Justin Gordon is the Founder and Board President of AmrampCARES, and Chief Executive Officer of Amramp Accessibility.

    Amramp, a family-owned small business, was founded in 1998 by Justin’s father, Julian Gordon. In October 2020, Julian handed the Amramp reins to his youngest son, Justin.

    Justin graduated from Boston University, worked for 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry and came to Amramp in 2013. He started as an installer, worked his way up through the organization and has now become the second Chief Executive Officer.

  • Gary Markoff, Board Secretary

    Gary M. Markoff is the Board Secretary of AmrampCARES, the former managing partner of the firm Sherin & Lodgen, and a member of their Corporate and Real Estate Departments.

    He joined the firm Sherin & Lodgen in 1984 with a background in accounting, having previously been a certified public accountant with the Boston office of Arthur Andersen LLP.

    Gary has experience supporting various non-profits over the years, including over 15 years with the Art of Giving as Co-Manager and Legal Counsel.
