Randall (Randy) G. Slikkers is the CEO of AmrampCARES. He has worked at the executive level of nonprofit management for almost four decades, specializing in disability, aging, and Native American Indian issues.

Randy is recognized for establishing new programs, leadership development, and managing top-performing teams. He has been the CEO/Executive Director at the local, state, national, and international levels. His passion is helping nonprofits create high-level organizational infrastructure, which leads to long-term sustainability. Randy is skilled in business development, coalition building, project management, and operations. He has helped to start over 27 nonprofits and has consulted with dozens of others to help them reach their full potential.

Randy holds a BS in Psychology and an MBA. He has and continues to serve on several non-profit boards. Randy is a Contributing Professor for Kettering University’s MBA program and was recognized with its “Professor of the Year” award in November of 2021.
